Consent to International Transfer and AI Processing

1. Who and why

This notice is issued by the data controller SoftWorks Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (address: Workon Ofis, Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Selvili Sok. No: 4/20, Ataşehir / İstanbul; email: info@softworkstr.com) to obtain your explicit consent under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) for AI processing and transfer abroad in the Kariyer Koçum service. Our duty to inform is met by the Privacy Notice; ticking this consent box is a separate approval for using the service and is given of your own free will.

2. What you consent to

• Sending your CV (file or text), the job posting and your written interview answers to the AI service provider (Anthropic) to parse the CV, generate interview questions and hidden notes, and prepare the feedback report,
• Transferring this data to the countries abroad where the providers are located,
• Transferring data to Supabase (European Union/Frankfurt region) for database, authentication and storage, and to Vercel for hosting.

3. Voice interviews (separate, and only if you use voice mode)

Your approval is requested separately the first time you enter a voice interview. In that case your spoken answers are sent to the speech-recognition provider abroad (Fish Audio) to be transcribed, and the coach's sentences (including your name, if used) to the voice-generation provider (ElevenLabs; Fish Audio as a backup, and OpenAI only if separately enabled) to be spoken aloud. Your recording is not stored anywhere; only the transcribed text and speech measurements are kept. The coach's voice is generated by AI and is not a real person.

4. Data processed and retention

The categories of data processed, retention periods and recipients are detailed in the Privacy Notice. We do not use your data to train AI models, for advertising or for profiling; service providers' own data-processing terms are governed by the relevant provider's documents.

5. If you don't consent

Without consent, CV parsing, the AI-assisted interview and report features can't be used; you can enter your CV by hand and keep using your account.

6. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect: under Settings > Account in “My permissions” you can switch off AI processing and voice processing, or write to info@softworkstr.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing; features that need AI become unavailable. If you want your data deleted, you can delete your account under Settings > Account.

7. Commercial electronic messages (optional)

If you want to receive news and update messages, you can give separate approval during onboarding or under Settings > Account. This is not required to use the service and can be withdrawn at any time.
