Subscription and Automatic Renewal Terms

1. Plans and prices

• Mini: a monthly subscription with 2 interviews per Period. ₺79.99 / month in Türkiye (VAT included), $3.99 / month in the United States.
• Plus: a monthly subscription with 10 interviews per Period. ₺249.99 / month in Türkiye (VAT included), $9.99 / month in the United States.
• In other countries, the local prices of the App Store and Google Play apply. The price is shown on the purchase screen before purchase.
• One-time interview packs may also be purchased in the countries where they are offered. A one-time pack is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.

2. Period and automatic renewal

Plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, the subscription renews automatically for the same duration at the Plan price in effect at the time of renewal. The fee is charged at renewal to the payment method used at purchase.

3. Payment channels

• App Store: payment is taken from the Apple Account.
• Google Play: payment is taken from the Google Play account.
• Website: payment is taken by credit card or debit card through the iyzico payment infrastructure; card details are not received or stored by the SELLER.

4. Cancelling the subscription

• App Store: cancel in Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions on iPhone.
• Google Play: cancel in the Google Play app under profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Website: cancel from the subscription section of your Kochi account or by writing to info@softworkstr.com from the e-mail address registered to the account.
• A Store subscription is cancelled only in the account settings of the relevant Store; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Cancellation does not affect the right to use the service until the end of the paid Period. A cancelled subscription does not renew in the next Period and no fee is charged; no partial refund is made for the remaining Period.

5. Price changes

If the Plan price changes, the user is informed in advance as required by the Store or the SELLER. The new price applies from the next renewal at the earliest unless the user cancels the subscription. A user who does not accept the new price can cancel before renewal.

6. Failed payment

If the renewal payment cannot be collected, the relevant channel (the Store or the payment institution) may retry the payment at intervals. The Plan may be suspended while payment cannot be collected and is reactivated once payment is received. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends.

7. Interview entitlements and rules of use

• Interview entitlements renew in each new Period; unused entitlements do not carry over to the next Period.
• An interview lasts at most 15 or 20 minutes, as chosen by the user.
• At most 5 interviews can be started per user within 24 hours.
• There is no free trial. A user who has not paid can only view the ready-made demo and the sample report; a paid plan is never started automatically.

8. Changing plans

For Store subscriptions, changing plans (switching between Mini and Plus) follows the subscription rules of the relevant Store. For a web subscription, write to info@softworkstr.com to change plans; unless stated otherwise, the change applies from the next renewal.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Subscriptions are services performed instantly in electronic form; for web purchases the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised because performance begins with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends.
