Delivery Terms

1. Nature of the service

Kochi is a digital service provided electronically. For a purchased plan or interview pack there is no physical product, shipping or delivery to an address, and no delivery fee is charged.

2. Time of performance

The purchased plan is made available in the user’s Kochi account immediately after the payment is approved. Interview entitlements are granted at the moment the plan is activated and the user can start an interview right away.

3. Place and method of performance

  • The Service is used through the user’s Kochi account on the website https://kochicoach.com and in the iOS and Android apps.
  • The purchase is linked to the e-mail address registered to the account; the plan is visible once you sign in.
  • If the purchase was made in the mobile app, the plan can be accessed on another device by signing in with the same account and, if necessary, using the “Restore purchases” option in the app.

4. Terms of use

  • The Mini plan includes 2 interviews per Period and the Plus plan includes 10; the entitlements renew in each new Period and unused ones do not carry over.
  • An interview lasts at most 15 or 20 minutes, as chosen by the user.
  • At most 5 interviews can be started per user within 24 hours.
  • There is no free trial; a user who has not paid can only view the ready-made demo and the sample report.
  • An internet connection is required for the Service; a microphone is required for voice interviews.

5. If the plan is not activated

If payment has been taken but the plan does not appear in the account, first sign out and sign in again. If the problem continues, write to info@softworkstr.com with the payment date and the account e-mail. The SELLER resolves the problem or informs the user within 24 hours at the latest; if it cannot be resolved, the refund conditions in the Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy apply (https://kochicoach.com/iptal-iade).

6. End of the service

If a subscription is cancelled or not renewed, access to the plan ends at the end of the paid Period. The user can delete their account and data in Settings at any time.
