Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern your use of the Kariyer Koçum service (the “Service”) provided by SoftWorks Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”; address: Workon Ofis, Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Selvili Sok. No: 4/20, Ataşehir / İstanbul; email: info@softworkstr.com). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Kariyer Koçum is an AI-assisted interview practice service for university students and recent graduates: it reads your CV, runs a written or spoken interview simulation and gives you a feedback report at the end. The interview is a simulation, not a real employer interview.

3. AI outputs

Questions, feedback, scores and sample answers are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions or wrong interpretations. Reports and scores are for education and development; they do not guarantee the outcome of a real interview or hiring process and are not legal, professional or hiring decisions. Use the outputs together with your own judgment.

4. Account and user obligations

• You declare that you are at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and current information and keep your sign-in code and email account secure.
• You must use the Service only with your own CV and in your own name; you must not unlawfully upload another person's personal data.
• You must not use the Service for purposes that are unlawful, contrary to public morals or to these terms; overload the system; try to bypass security measures or daily usage limits; or access it in bulk with automated tools.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's software, design, texts and brand belong to the Company or its licensors. You keep the rights to the content you upload, including your CV and interview answers; we process it only within the scope described in the Privacy Notice and Consent Notice so that we can provide the Service. Open-source components used in the Service are subject to their own licenses (Settings > Open-source licenses).

6. Fees and subscriptions

Part of the service is free; paid plans that raise your interview allowance are offered as monthly subscriptions. The plan name, price, duration and number of interviews included are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

• Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the charge is made to the Apple ID or Google Play account you used to purchase.
• Cancellation: Cancel from the Subscriptions section of your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling you keep your benefits until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: Payments and refund requests are subject to the policies of the relevant store (Apple / Google); refund requests are made to the store.
• Price changes: If the price changes you will be notified in advance as the store requires; where needed the change applies from the next renewal with your consent.
• Free trial: Each account gets one free trial interview for its lifetime. Using it never switches you to a paid plan automatically and nothing is charged; if you want to continue, you choose a plan.
• Interview allowance: It renews each subscription period; unused interviews do not carry over.

7. Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service; there may be maintenance, updates or interruptions caused by third-party providers. We may change the Service or its features, set daily usage limits or end it; in that case we give a reasonable period so you can download your data. For reasons such as cost control or maintenance we may temporarily pause starting new interviews; interviews already in progress are not affected.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use or inability to use the Service or from decisions based on AI outputs. Liability for intent and gross negligence and liability under consumer legislation are reserved.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account under Settings > Account. In case of breach of these terms or abuse, the Company may suspend or close your account.

10. Personal data

Your personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Notice and the Consent Notice.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to the jurisdiction rules of consumer legislation, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
